• Responsible for supporting the Company’s Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance program and internal audit activities
• Lead the Company’s SOX 404 compliance program for financial processes and IT systems
• Perform financial processes control testing and IT general controls (ITGC) and IT application controls (ITAC) testing
• Design and implement automated solutions to support SOX testing and monitoring activities
• Assist with planning and execution of internal audit projects
• Identify control gaps and recommend improvements
