About the role
- Execute Nabla’s events strategy across owned, sponsored, and third-party events, aligned with company goals and GTM priorities
- Identify high-impact opportunities to reach key audiences including prospects, customers, partners, and industry leaders
- Support the end-to-end event lifecycle: concept, budget, timelines, logistics, execution, and post-event reporting
- Help to plan and execute a diverse portfolio of events annually, including conferences, trade shows, industry dinners, and customer gatherings
- Ensure all events deliver a high-quality, on-brand experience aligned with Nabla’s business and marketing goals
- Manage relationships with vendors, show organizers, venues, and partners to ensure seamless event execution
- Source, evaluate, and coordinate external partners while maintaining timelines and budgets
- Handle all logistical and administrative aspects of events, including vendor research, event materials, timelines, RSVP tracking, and onsite operations
- Track budgets and expenses, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
- Partner closely with Demand Generation to ensure events drive pipeline and measurable ROI
- Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success to support field events and customer engagement initiatives
- Work with Brand and Content teams to align event messaging, creative, and storytelling
- Track event performance against goals, including attendance, engagement, pipeline impact, and cost efficiency
- Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve event programs and attendee experience
- Use HubSpot (and other marketing automation tools) to manage contact lists, reporting, and support event campaigns
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing B2B events, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or technology
- Proven experience executing in-person events, including large conferences and smaller field-based programs
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience managing vendors and external partners to ensure smooth execution
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and external partners
- Proficiency with HubSpot or comparable CRM/marketing automation tools
