Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in technical project management roles, or deep engineering experience with strong business aptitude.
PM Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana), software development languages, and frameworks.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of the latest technology trends, systems, and tools.

Proven track record of successful project delivery in technical environments.
