About the role
- Act as the primary AI technical lead within a business unit
- Partner closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases
- Own the translation of business problems into deliverable AI initiatives
- Drive delivery by coordinating with programme and tech leadership
- Lead AI initiatives through delivery and ensure implementation into live operations
- Ensure delivered solutions achieve intended value by embedding AI into processes
Requirements
- Proven project leadership and technical leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including influencing
- Experience in Agile ways of working
- Ability to operate as a hands-on delivery lead
- Strong understanding of modern GenAI concepts
- Practical experience applying AI capabilities within real delivery contexts
- Solid grounding in software engineering fundamentals and SDLC practices
- Ability to assess technical feasibility, risks, and architectural fit
