About the role
- Lead data architecture and orchestration of complex customer journeys.
- Work on modeling, ingestion, identity resolution and data activation in Data Cloud.
- Develop complex journeys in Journey Builder and advanced automations in Automation Studio.
- Implement real-time strategies using Marketing Cloud Personalization.
- Perform robust coding using AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML, CSS, and consuming REST/SOAP APIs.
- Handle large data volumes, CI/CD processes and ensure architectural best practices.
- Act in a consultative capacity with business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5 to 8+ years working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
- Advanced proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS and SQL.
- Proven experience with native connectors, webhooks and APIs.
- Strong knowledge of LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law) and information security.
- Required certification: Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant.
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer / Consultant.
- Marketing Cloud Personalization Accredited Professional.
