About the role

  • Plan, configure and operate CRM campaigns on the Smartico platform (lifecycle, retention, reactivation, VIP and churn prevention).
  • Create and optimize automated journeys and behavioral triggers based on gaming events, deposits, bets and inactivity.
  • Segment the player base with a focus on LTV, ARPU, churn, frequency and value.
  • Manage multichannel communications: email, SMS, push, in-app inbox, WhatsApp (when applicable).
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, BI and Operations teams to align strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze and report CRM KPIs: retention, conversion, reactivation, campaign ROI and engagement.
  • Implement and monitor A/B tests and multivariate tests on campaigns and journeys.
  • Ensure compliance with Responsible Gaming policies, LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in CRM within the iGaming market (casino, sportsbook or both).
  • Hands-on knowledge of the Smartico platform (configuration, campaigns, automations and reporting).
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of performance metrics in iGaming.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary environments.
  • Intermediate to advanced English (reading and technical communication).
