About the role
- Define and execute the brand content strategy in alignment with the brand's positioning.
- Oversee the creation of institutional, editorial, emotional, behind-the-scenes, and value-driven content (posts, videos, scripts, series, podcasts, etc.).
- Coordinate and develop a team of copywriters, screenwriters, designers, and/or videomakers.
- Manage the editorial calendar across multiple channels (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, blog, etc.).
- Work in partnership with branding, social media, paid media, and product teams to ensure narrative cohesion.
- Measure and analyze content performance (engagement, reach, retention time, etc.).
- Ensure the brand's voice and tone are consistent and relevant across all deliverables.
- Lead institutional narrative campaigns and brand milestones (manifestos, special dates, launches).
- Act as the guardian of the brand's language and verbal universe.
Requirements
- Degree in Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven experience in brand content production and leadership of creative teams.
- Strong command of storytelling, strategic writing, and multiplatform language.
- Solid knowledge of branding and positioning.
- Experience in digital environments focused on performance and community.
- Strategic vision, aesthetic sensitivity, and the ability to orchestrate multiple projects simultaneously.
