About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Your main goal will be to enable scalable, data-driven GTM growth in AMER by driving strategic planning, sales segmentation, and continuous process improvements.
- Partner closely with AMER Sales leadership and the GTM Systems & Automation team to deliver data-driven insights, streamline operations, and execute initiatives that help the region hit ambitious growth targets.
- Partner with the VP of US Sales to develop regional sales strategies, quotas, and territory plans.
- Analyze sales data to generate actionable insights and drive performance improvement.
- Support accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reviews across the AMER region.
- Design and implement scalable reporting frameworks to track regional sales performance.
- Collaborate with the GTM Systems & Automation team to identify automation opportunities and implement best practices.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional GTM initiatives that drive operational excellence.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 📈 Revenue Operations experience: You have 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM operations roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- 🌍 US/AMER expertise: You’ve supported AMER sales teams or multinational GTM operations and understand the regional nuances.
- 🧠 Analytical mindset: You make data-driven decisions, leveraging analytics and forecasting to inform strategy.
- 🤝 Stakeholder collaboration: You build trusted partnerships with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes.
- ⚙️ Systems proficiency: You’re comfortable with Salesforce (admin level), Google Sheets, and automation tools like n8n.
- 📊 Data visualization skills: You can build dashboards or reports in Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- 💡 Automation mindset: You’re passionate about using AI and automation to streamline RevOps workflows.
- 📚 Technical depth: You have working knowledge of SQL or similar analytical tools.
- 🚀 Scale-up experience: You’ve operated in high-growth, fast-scaling B2B SaaS environments.
