About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the production delivery of experiential brand activations from initial brief through to installation, live delivery and de-rig.
  • Turn creative concepts into practical, high-quality production solutions that are commercially viable and operationally deliverable.
  • Work closely with client development, creative, campaign management, logistics, operations and warehouse teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Manage production schedules, critical paths, budgets, suppliers, project risks and key milestones.
  • Source, brief, negotiate with and manage suppliers across fabrication, events, logistics, technology, venues and staffing.
  • Ensure all activity is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
  • Lead on production documentation, including health and safety planning, RAMS, permits and event-specific requirements.
  • Build strong knowledge of recurring FMCG and beverages-sector activations, supplier capabilities and production processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, commercial value and delivery quality across future campaigns.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, risks, costs and timelines.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 7-10 years' experience delivering experiential marketing events and live brand activations.
  • Strong background in experiential production, event management or live experiences.
  • Experience delivering activations such as pop-ups, festivals, roadshows, sampling campaigns and brand installations.
  • Demonstrable experience managing multiple suppliers and production partners.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting and commercial management skills.
  • Excellent project management and organisational ability.
  • Experience managing risk, health & safety and event compliance requirements.
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management capability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of IT literacy, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Hold UK driving license and access to own vehicle
