About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop AI solutions in Python.
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to improve model relevance.
Leverage the AWS cloud, particularly AI/LLM services (e.g., Bedrock).
Integrate AI tools and orchestration platforms (N8N, OpenAI, Claude, …).
Conduct experiments and drive continuous improvement through prompt engineering and model fine-tuning.
Monitor AI technology trends and propose ideas/concepts to enhance our products.
Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to industrialize reliable, scalable AI solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience (minimum 3 to 5 years) in software development (preferably on AI projects)
Proficiency in Python
Experience with AWS (ideally Bedrock, Lambda, S3, etc.)
Strong familiarity with AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
Nice to have: First experience deploying AI/LLM solutions to production
Advanced knowledge of LLMs and prompting techniques
Practical experience with RAG and contextual data retrieval architectures
Familiarity with orchestration and automation tools (e.g., N8N)
