About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for a key functional area of our platform and its long-term evolution.
- Define and own the product vision for your domain.
- Understand customer and user needs.
- Analyze market trends and identify development opportunities.
- Build and drive the roadmap for your scope.
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize opportunities based on user and business impact.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of features, from discovery to launch with Product Marketing.
- Lead the design and development of new features with Product Design and Engineering teams.
- Ensure a simple, high-performing user experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of complex business problems and the ability to translate them into simple, effective solutions.
- Proficient in agile methodologies and product best practices.
- Able to drive initiatives independently and align teams around your projects.
- Experience managing large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Curious, rigorous, and eager to understand topics in depth before making decisions.
- Strong analytical mindset with a user-centric orientation.
- Strong interest in AI and active enthusiasm for its developments and practical applications in SaaS products.
- Bilingual French / English.
