About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop AI solutions in Python.
Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to improve model relevance.
Leverage AWS cloud services, in particular AI/LLM services (e.g., Bedrock).
Integrate AI tools and orchestration (N8N, OpenAI, Claude, etc.).
Experiment and continuously improve via prompt engineering and model fine-tuning.
Monitor AI technology trends and propose ideas/concepts to enhance our products.
Collaborate with product, data, and development teams to productionize reliable, scalable AI solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience (minimum 3 to 5 years) in software development (preferably on AI projects)
Strong proficiency in Python
Experience with AWS (ideally Bedrock, Lambda, S3, etc.)
Good knowledge of AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
Nice to have: first experience deploying AI/LLM solutions to production
Advanced knowledge of LLMs and prompting techniques
Practical experience with RAG and contextual data retrieval architectures
Familiarity with orchestration and automation tools (e.g., N8N)
