SaaS Consultant, Implementation & Support
N2JSoft, administrative and HR softwaresConsultant SaaS responsible for deployment and support for N2JSoft clients. Analyzing client needs and providing solutions with a focus on continuous product improvement and client satisfaction.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in deployment projects: Analyze clients' needs (accounting, finance, HR), configure the N2F solution according to their processes, train users (administrative and accounting teams), and support the rollout through to adoption.
- Provide functional expertise in support (Level 2): Handle complex requests from strategic clients via ticketing or phone, diagnose functional issues and propose appropriate solutions, and capture encountered cases to enrich the knowledge base.
- Contribute to continuous product improvement: Escalate client needs and pain points, and participate in the evolution of the solution in collaboration with the product teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Some initial experience in a software / SaaS environment (consulting, application support, etc.)
- Comfortable with tools related to accounting, finance, or HR (Sage, Cegid, SAP…)
- Able to quickly understand business needs and translate them into configuration
- Enjoys solving practical problems and supporting users
- Curious, structured, and quick to learn
- Comfortable communicating with clients
- Enjoys dynamic environments with varied topics.
