Work on deployment projects: gather and analyze client needs, configure the N2F solution, train users, and support the rollout through to adoption
Provide functional expertise as Level 2 support: handle complex requests and diagnose issues

What you’ll need

Initial experience in a software/SaaS environment (consulting, application support, etc.)
Comfortable with tools related to accounting, finance or HR (Sage, Cegid, SAP…)
Ability to quickly understand business needs and translate them into configurations
Enjoy solving practical problems and supporting users
Curious, organized, and quick to learn
Comfortable interacting with clients
Comfortable in dynamic environments with varied topics
