Ensure the stable operation of our applications — from monitoring and performance to rapid incident resolution
Capture requirements from our business units, prioritize them, and implement changes and releases in a structured, goal-oriented manner
Own the entire application lifecycle — from upgrades and migrations to thorough documentation
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for external developers and service providers, ensuring smooth coordination among all parties
Ensure security and compliance requirements are met and support users in 2nd/3rd-level support, including providing training and documentation

Requirements

Solid professional experience (approximately 3 to 5 years) in application management or in the support, further development, or support of ERP applications (preferably SAP)
Technical understanding in areas such as databases, interfaces/integration, and cloud services
Process understanding (e.g., ITIL or agile methodologies)
Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
Very good German language skills and good English language skills
