About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage, coach, and develop a team of Delivery Operations Managers and/or Clinical Operations Leads
Own hiring, onboarding, and capacity planning for the Delivery Operations team
Drive on-time, on-budget delivery across the portfolio; proactively identify and resolve risks before they reach the client
Oversee study operations across assigned NPM-sponsored studies
Ensure compliance with GCP, IRB requirements, and applicable regulatory frameworks
Design and maintain KPI tracking at the study and portfolio level

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, life sciences, or related field preferred
8 - 12 years of experience in clinical operations, delivery/program management, or client operations within healthcare, life sciences, or clinical research
Prior people management experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
Prior experience managing client interactions and client operations
Working knowledge of GCP, IRB processes, and clinical trial regulatory requirements
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder contracts or studies simultaneously
Strong analytical and reporting skills; comfortable building and presenting portfolio-level metrics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience managing client relationships directly.
