About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide direct day to day leadership for the CRS team assigned to a specific region
- Set clear expectations for performance, workflows, and professional behavior
- Monitor workload distribution and staffing coverage across assigned sites
- Address routine performance issues and escalate as appropriate to the Associate Director
- Foster a positive, accountable, and highly engaged team culture
- Partner with the Senior Manager to support hiring needs
- Own rapid and effective onboarding for new team members
- Conduct regular check-ins and coaching with direct reports
- Support ongoing skill development and role readiness
- Monitor adherence to documentation and process workflows that support the company’s priorities
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between site-level and account-level stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, oncology clinical research, or health system-based programs
- 4+ years of people management or team leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated experience with onboarding, training, and performance management
- Strong understanding of compliance and quality expectations in research settings
- Extensive familiarity and comfort with ambulatory oncology workflow
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
