• Greet and support parents, carers, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Manage phone and email communications efficiently and effectively
• Oversee front of house operations, ensuring a seamless and welcoming environment
• Maintain daily records, registers, and other administrative systems
• Work closely with the Nursery Manager and leadership team to ensure operational excellence
• Support with invoicing, admissions, and enrolment queries
• Organise events, tours, and open days with attention to detail and great customer care
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other administrative policies
• Act as the go-to problem solver – calm under pressure and proactive in resolving issues
• Provide exceptional service to families and help ensure smooth day-to-day running of the nursery
