About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You handle all accounting-related tasks: filing, uploading, preparing, and sorting receipts and documents — in close coordination with our tax advisor.
You support our COO with day-to-day finance and operations tasks.
You take charge of our customer support: gathering feedback, prioritizing support requests, and ensuring our customers are satisfied.
You keep analyses and reports up to date and perform basic data queries independently.
You work closely with the founder & COO — confidentially, directly, and on an equal footing.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are a currently enrolled student, ideally in a degree program relevant to the role.
German is our company language — you communicate confidently and clearly in German; you can also use English well.
You work in a structured and reliable way and follow tasks through to completion.
You naturally use AI tools as part of your workflow.
You have experience with tools like Shopify, Excel, or comparable software — or you’re eager to learn them.
