• Du kümmerst dich um alles rund um Accounting : Belege ablegen, hochladen, vorbereiten, sortieren – im engen Austausch mit unserer Steuerberatung
• Du unterstützt unsere COO in Finance und Operations im Tagesgeschäft
• Du übernimmst unseren Customer Support : Feedback einsammeln, Support-Anfragen priorisieren und dafür sorgen, dass unsere Kund*innen happy sind
• Du hälst Auswertungen & Reportings aktuell und führst eigene einfache Datenabfragen durch
• Du arbeitest eng mit der Gründerin & COO zusammen – vertraulich, direkt, auf Augenhöhe

• Conceptualize and produce creative photo and video content for Instagram (Reels, Stories, Feed) using tools such as Canva, Adobe, and CapCut
• Professional video editing, including text overlays, transitions, and sound, with a focus on engaging vertical (portrait) social-media clips
• Creatively bring our core story to life and develop content that captivates our target audience (e.g., giveaways, trending topics, challenges), then implement it across social media
• Create photo and video assets for our online shop, landing pages, and newsletters to showcase our products
