Financial Planning and Analysis

• You handle all accounting-related tasks: filing, uploading, preparing and organizing receipts and documents — in close coordination with our tax advisor.
• You support our COO with day-to-day finance and operations tasks.
• You take ownership of customer support: gather feedback, prioritize support requests and ensure our customers are satisfied.
• You keep analyses and reports up to date and run simple data queries independently.
• You work closely with the founder & COO — confidentially, directly and on an equal footing.
