About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will support the day-to-day operations of an Artist Manager – from handling emails and the entire partnership workflow (briefings, content, insights, invoices) to preparing and creating presentations for talent strategy calls.
- You will assist with project management for our talents on topics such as talent podcasts and co-creations.
- You will coordinate travel for our talents and artist managers, file tickets properly, and add appointments to calendars.
- You will support event planning (research, scheduling, goodie bags) and, by arrangement, may sometimes attend events on site.
- Research PR topics, make initial contact in coordination with the team, and maintain organized filing of all information.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enrolled in a university program (e.g., Marketing, Media, Communications, Business Administration) with at least 2 years remaining until graduation.
- Ideally, some practical experience in an agency, event, or media environment.
- Highly organized – you work in a structured, independent way and keep an overview even with many tasks.
- Ability to communicate respectfully and collaboratively, reliability, and a proactive working style.
- Available to work in Hamburg.
