About the role
- Manage the invoicing and factoring process for multi-country clients
- Oversee the entire collections process, including legal proceedings when necessary
- Measure and analyze key financial and operational performance indicators
- Manage and resolve customer claims and disputes
- Contribute to continuous improvement and automation of financial operations processes
- Act as the billing point of contact for other teams and provide reliable figures to the finance team
- Work with the accounting team during monthly and annual closings
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a Sales Admin Manager or in a similar role
- Highly rigorous and reliable, with strong attention to detail and deadlines
- Proactive, solution-oriented and focused on automation; anticipates issues and improves processes
- Curious and business-minded, eager to understand the "why" behind the numbers
- Strong team player, collaborative and constructive with both financial and non-financial stakeholders
