About the role

  • Manage the invoicing and factoring process for multi-country clients
  • Oversee the entire collections process, including legal proceedings when necessary
  • Measure and analyze key financial and operational performance indicators
  • Manage and resolve customer claims and disputes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and automation of financial operations processes
  • Act as the billing point of contact for other teams and provide reliable figures to the finance team
  • Work with the accounting team during monthly and annual closings

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience as a Sales Admin Manager or in a similar role
  • Highly rigorous and reliable, with strong attention to detail and deadlines
  • Proactive, solution-oriented and focused on automation; anticipates issues and improves processes
  • Curious and business-minded, eager to understand the "why" behind the numbers
  • Strong team player, collaborative and constructive with both financial and non-financial stakeholders
