Designer

• Produce 2D/3D layouts for automated storage systems
• Translate customer building drawings (architectural, structural, MEP) into design-ready base models.
• Validate system fit, clearances, travel paths, maintenance access, and code compliance requirements.
• Create design details and documentation packages used for internal review and customer approval.
• Collaborate with x-functional teams to refine system concepts into constructible designs.
• Support interface planning and coordination with controls, electrical, mechanical, and safety engineering teams both on the customer team and internally to Mytra.
• Update designs throughout the project lifecycle as customer facility conditions or requirements evolve.
• Participate in design review meetings, capture feedback, and implement revisions.
• Attend scoping calls or on-site visits to understand operational requirements and constraints.
• Communicate design intent clearly through visuals, drawings, and written documentation.
• Provide technical insights and support during customer presentations or milestone reviews.
• Maintain drawing accuracy, revision control, and conformance to company design standards.
• Contribute to the maintenance and refinement of design libraries, templates, and best practices.
• Assist with material takeoffs feeding into procurement, equipment specifications, and critical design requirement where applicable.
