About the role
- Own and continuously improve the architecture, governance, and performance of our HubSpot CRM ecosystem
- Act as the internal HubSpot expert
- Design and implement scalable revenue operations processes across the funnel
- Partner closely with the Pharma Partnerships team to ensure pipeline data is accurate
- Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide leadership with clear visibility into pipeline performance
- Own and continuously improve the revenue forecasting process
- Lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving CRM usability
- Establish strong data governance within the CRM environment
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment on revenue data definitions
- Support the continued development of the Revenue Operations function
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar analytical or operational role
- Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM is essential
- Experience building or scaling CRM environments in high-growth organizations is strongly preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex commercial data into actionable insights for business stakeholders
- Experience building revenue dashboards, pipeline reporting frameworks, and forecasting models
- Demonstrated ability to improve operational processes and implement scalable systems that support revenue growth
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working closely with commercial leadership, marketing, and finance teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a structured approach to managing operational complexity
- Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or biopharma environments is a plus
