About the role

  • Design, build, and further develop our landscape of internal tools, services, and platforms
  • Automate and operate the underlying infrastructure and Linux-based systems
  • Provision, administer, and extend central collaboration and business platforms
  • Develop and maintain custom internal applications and technical integrations
  • Work closely with stakeholders across different business areas

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a role focused on system integration, internal tools, automation, or a similar field
  • Strong programming skills in Node.js/TypeScript and/or Python
  • Solid Linux knowledge (ideally Debian/Ubuntu)
  • Experience with automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Ansible), containers, and virtualization (Docker, VMware ESXi, AWS)
  • Hands-on experience in deep administration and API-based integration of tools such as Jira and Confluence, as well as modern monitoring/logging stacks
  • Enjoy understanding the needs of all users and designing solutions
  • Proactive and team-oriented working style
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions confidently in German and English
