Account Manager

• Align for impact: Rapidly develop and implement a strategic plan that aligns with our business goals and objectives for immediate impact.
• Identify and source potential partners and evaluate them based on their fit for our strategic objectives.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations and negotiate high quality, sustainable strategic partnership agreements.
• Collaborate effectively with other teams at Mysten Labs to develop solutions that meet the needs of our ecosystem, including innovative on-chain finance, payments, identity, and treasury management solutions.

• Work with the strongest dealmakers anywhere in crypto to close deals that may include strategic investments, partnerships, acquisitions. High quality interaction with tier 1 venture funds is required.
• Communicate and monitor the success of our partnerships, including key technical metrics that objectively define success on-chain.
• Evaluate and understand the needs of businesses and individuals as it relates to on-chain finance, payments, identity, and treasury management.

Strategic Partnerships, Financial Services

Executive Assistant

• Plan and execute 3+ engineering offsites per year (Engineering, Product, Research, Partnering). Coordinate venue selection, travel logistics, catering, conference rooms, and social events.
• Act as point of contact for vendors — from onboarding and billing to price negotiation and coordination with Finance Ops. Maintain clarity and accuracy across dozens of vendor relationships.
• Track infrastructure and tooling expenses, prepare simple reports on spend trends, and collaborate with Finance Ops and engineering leads on forecasting and budgeting.
• Handle a variety of smaller, high-value tasks — scheduling candidate calls, coordinating with partner teams, or gathering context for product or vendor discussions.
• Over time, learn the structure of teams, projects, and priorities to help organize the time of eng leads more effectively.

Senior Executive Assistant

Full-stack Engineer

• You will work closely with our core network team to help define, build and standardize SDK and API functionalities.
• You will work closely with the Developer Relations, Documentation, and Partnership teams prioritizing partner/community requirements to address developer pain points and increase their velocity.
• You will identify patterns in developer needs, architect and build new solutions to solve these problems generally.
• You will engage with a community of open source developers on projects that encompass many different frameworks and languages, and help onboard them into the ecosystem.
• You will collaborate with the team on code review and design, and contribute to best practices for all of engineering.

• Responsible for strategic management of Mysten Labs’ select partner relationships.
• Own the day-to-day, tactical relationship to serve the needs of strategic partners.
• Accelerate partner adoption of Walrus protocol within new opportunities and use case expansion.
• Management of partners to provide internal and external resources for their success including product, partnerships, solutions engineering, marketing, PR, and others.

Partnerships Manager

Communications

• Execute communication strategies aligned with Walrus’s business objectives, working closely with the Head of Communications to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners and cross-functional teams to identify and develop compelling stories that resonate with target audiences.
• Drive execution for strategic initiatives that demonstrate the need for Walrus in the digital marketplace.
• Endeavor to build the profiles of Walrus spokespersons, including the Managing Executive of the Walrus Foundation, and drive spokesperson preparation in the form of media opportunities, events, and more.
• Work alongside Partner and Product Marketing to plan and execute Walrus announcements, ensuring messaging consistency, driving media outreach and providing creative, enhanced communications support for new and existing partners, as well as new product launches.
• Write and edit high-quality content including blog posts, speaking proposals, and communications materials that effectively convey Walrus's technical capabilities to diverse audiences.

Developer Relations

• Mysten Labs believes that decentralized and open protocols are the bedrock of the internet of value. This is why at Mysten Labs, we are creating foundational infrastructure to accelerate the adoption of decentralized protocols based on blockchain technologies.\n• The Developer Relations team engages with the developer community online and in person to provide expert help and guidance in building next-generation Web3 applications across ouir suite of products.\n• As an engineer on the Developer Relations team, you will have or develop a technical understanding of the Sui and Walrus protocols as well as a proficiency in writing Sui Move. You will have or develop an understanding of the Sui ecosystem by using developer tooling and testing apps. You will use your newly-developed knowledge to collaborate and connect with developers, enabling them to build and innovate on our stack.\n• You will use your excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to a wide variety of audiences, such as Web2 developers and Web3 developers, and through a variety of mediums, including documentation, tutorials and workshops.\n• As an experienced engineer, you will be able to operate on your initiative, prioritize work streams based on impact, and manage cross-functional teams. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys high-impact, complex, and multi-disciplinary programs.
