Key responsibilities & impact

Execute outbound and direct audience acquisition campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and related channels
Activate partner and corporate campaigns by coordinating outreach motions with sales and partner teams
Coordinate campaign handoffs, timelines, and readiness with sales teams
Support partner co-marketing and partner-led motions with clear activation plans
Manage campaign execution logistics including lists, sequencing, messaging alignment, and follow-up motions
Operationalize offers, promotions, and incentives tied to campaigns
Provide feedback loops to Growth Marketing on what’s resonating and what needs optimization

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–4 years experience in growth marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, SDR/BDR, or campaign execution roles
Hands-on experience with outbound channels (email, phone, LinkedIn)
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (from a user and execution perspective)
Experience supporting or working with sales and/or partner teams
Strong project coordination and execution skills
B2B technology or services experience preferred
