About the role
- Take the lead on some of our most technical and impactful client projects
- Work closely with clients to define project objectives, develop implementation processes, and manage each phase through completion
- Design and document installation and testing procedures
- Develop detailed Methods of Procedure (MOPs)
- Guide both internal and subcontracted teams to deliver outstanding results
- Work in a hybrid capacity—approximately 40% remote and 60% onsite
- Mentor, teach and manage internal Myriad360 resources and teams to successful project outcomes
- Escalate risks appropriately and support remediation efforts
- Identify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts
Requirements
- 10+ years data center services background and technical project leadership experience
- Strong understanding of services engagement and 3rd party subcontractor process, pricing, and communications
- Ability to learn new technologies and solutions and communicate them to Clients, Subcontractors and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to multi-task across numerous jobs, locations, and responsibilities
- Excellent management and project communications skills
- Knowledge of project accounting and administration
- Strong communication skills in English
- BICSI Certification a plus
- OSHA-30 Certification a plus
- Relevant Panduit Certifications a plus
- Cisco CCNA/CCNP and other certifications a plus
- Weekend, evening, and holiday work required
