Drive regional execution and build strong customer relationships
Develop talent to deliver sustained growth
Recruit, coach, and lead a team of account executives
Align day-to-day execution with broader business objectives
Partner with customers to assess needs and identify opportunities for growth
Monitor strategy effectiveness and adjust approach as needed
Ensure performance expectations are consistently met
Review and approve expense reports
Optimize resource allocation
Champion consistent use of CRM tools, including Salesforce
Provide ongoing coaching and development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience; advanced degree a plus
Proven sales leadership experience in diagnostic or molecular testing (5+ years)
10+ years of sales experience across diagnostic testing, molecular testing, medical devices, or specialty pharmaceuticals
Experience with MRD or similar technologies preferred
Knowledge of oncology specialties preferred
Willingness and ability to travel up to 70%
