About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Myriad’s enterprise-wide policy, government affairs, and advocacy strategy
- Define and lead a government affairs and public policy strategy across federal, state, and regulatory domains
- Shape policy related to coverage, coding, and reimbursement frameworks
- Build and lead relationships with policymakers and patient advocacy organizations
- Oversee company PAC strategy and governance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 15+ years of leadership experience in government affairs, public policy, or health policy
- Strong preference for experience in diagnostics, precision medicine, or healthcare services
- Proven ability to develop and connect policy strategy to business outcomes
- Working knowledge of HHS regulation of diagnostics and CMS reimbursement systems
- Trusted advisor to senior leadership with strong executive presence
- Experience partnering across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Legal
