About the role

  • Accountable for end-to-end strategy (technology, operations, GTM, finance) and commercialization of new clinical products
  • Lead product strategy for all new clinical products informed by customer needs and market trends
  • Collaborate with Innovation/Intelligence, Marketing, and Customer Journeys teams to understand customer needs and market landscape
  • Develop product vision, roadmap, execution plan, and define OKRs
  • Define, test, and validate technical and operational models, including technology and operations management
  • Develop user requirements and MVP and approach for adding new features
  • Drive end-to-end agile product development and work with operations to design efficient processes
  • Choose and manage vendors/partners and align product development with internal and external stakeholders
  • Continuously assess process improvements, optimize operations and financial performance, and secure funding/resources with SVP
  • Develop and execute Product Commercialization and Go-To-Market plans; select channels; define and iterate pricing, positioning, and promotion
  • Monitor analytics and competitive environment; oversee customer implementation plan and training
  • Identify, hire, grow, and develop a best-in-class product team and encourage a culture of humility and entrepreneurial thinking

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science
  • Deep understanding of Oncology with a focus on somatic testing and liquid biopsies, including MRD
  • Experience leading end-to-end product strategy, technology, operations, go-to-market, and finance
  • Experience developing product vision, roadmap, user requirements, and minimum viable product (MVP)
  • Experience driving agile product development and owning product testing, development, and operations activities
  • Experience selecting and managing vendors/partners and working with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, finance, marketing)
  • Experience developing and executing commercialization and go-to-market plans, pricing, positioning, and monitoring product performance
  • Experience identifying, hiring, growing, and developing product teams and fostering a culture of empowerment
