About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support our Italian customers from the installation of their solution to their day-to-day assistance.
Customer support & technical assistance
Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email, WhatsApp…)
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software or hardware.
Track tickets and support customers until resolution.
Perform maintenance and repair interventions when necessary.
Deliver customer trainings
Continuous improvement: report customer feedback to product and technical teams.
Contribute to improving the user experience and internal processes.
Help ensure a high level of service quality.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bilingual French / Italian (required)
Comfortable with IT tools and software
Strong technical diagnostic skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation
Patient instructor: able to explain technical tools simply
Autonomous and organized
Comfortable working on-site and in customer-facing situations
Prior experience in technical support, IT installation, POS, or software is a plus.
