Bilingual French/Italian Support Technician
myPOSTechnicien(ne) Support bilingue français/italien assisting Italian clients in solution installation and support. Focusing on customer service and technical issue resolution while ensuring high-quality service standards.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support our Italian customers from the installation of their solution to their day-to-day assistance.
- Customer support & technical assistance
- Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email, WhatsApp…)
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software or hardware.
- Track tickets and support customers until resolution.
- Perform maintenance and repair interventions when necessary.
- Deliver customer trainings
- Continuous improvement: report customer feedback to product and technical teams.
- Contribute to improving the user experience and internal processes.
- Help ensure a high level of service quality.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bilingual French / Italian (required)
- Comfortable with IT tools and software
- Strong technical diagnostic skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation
- Patient instructor: able to explain technical tools simply
- Autonomous and organized
- Comfortable working on-site and in customer-facing situations
- Prior experience in technical support, IT installation, POS, or software is a plus.
