Senior Manager, HR Operations Transformation
myPOSSenior Manager, HR Operations Transformation at myPOS focusing on HR process improvements and automation. Working with teams to streamline HR operations for approx 1100 employees across multiple countries.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build the operational foundations required for our next stage of growth.
- Manage the HR Operations and Analytics team, improving day-to-day HR operations.
- Review current HR and Talent Acquisition processes and identify inefficiencies.
- Design and document scalable HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Improve workflows for onboarding, employee changes, approvals, and other core HR activities.
- Support improvements to the HR tech stack with tools like HRIS and ATS.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive HR tasks and reduce manual work.
- Track the impact of automation and AI.
- Ensure HR processes and documentation are compliant and scalable across multiple countries.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in HR systems, people operations, HR transformation or process improvement.
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to connect processes, tools and data.
- Experience improving HRIS, ATS, workflow or automation tools.
- Strong process-mapping and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of people data, reporting and dashboards.
- Confidence working with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance and Talent Acquisition teams.
- Curiosity and practical experience or strong interest in AI and automation.
- Experience working in a multi-country or scaling business environment.
- Strong project management and delivery skills.
- A hands-on, practical and improvement-focused mindset.
- Comfortable operating at pace and creating structure within a fast-changing environment.
- People leadership experience.
