About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Structure and equip the Sales team
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials: playbooks, battlecards, pitch decks, product sheets, and one-pagers
- Develop clear, differentiating sales messaging aligned with product positioning
- Help optimize sales processes to reduce friction and accelerate deal cycles
- Train and support Sales teams
- Design and deliver training on products, tools, and sales techniques
- Ensure onboarding of new Sales hires to make them operational quickly
- Identify skill gaps and proactively address training needs
- Analyze and improve commercial performance
- Monitor key metrics related to Sales team effectiveness
- Gather field feedback to continuously improve content and processes
- Measure the impact of initiatives and recommend adjustments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Sales Enablement role, B2B Product Marketing, or a Sales role with a strong training/enablement component
- Strong aptitude for structuring information: turning complex information into clear, actionable assets
- Comfortable working with multiple teams simultaneously and able to prioritize effectively
- Good command of CRM systems, content creation tools, and AI tools
- Comfortable with KPIs and performance tracking
- Strong English skills, both written and spoken
- Autonomous, proactive, and motivated by seeing the tangible impact of your work
- Ideally, experience in a SaaS or B2B technology solutions environment
