About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be the first conversation local Dutch businesses have with myPOS, responding to inbound leads and exploring what they need to grow and how our product can contribute to it
- Act as a trusted advisor and payments expert, presenting myPOS solutions tailored to each customer’s business needs
- Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-up, helping turn conversations into new customers and revenue as part of the growing Inside Sales team
- Own your pipeline by keeping customer conversations and progress accurately tracked
- Partner closely with sales teams across Europe and internal stakeholders to deliver a smooth and positive customer experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role over the phone, where you’ve handled complex conversations and follow-ups; experience in inside sales or business development is a strong advantage
- Experience working with CRM systems to stay organized and on top of customer conversations; HubSpot experience is a plus, but not a must
- A proactive, can-do approach, and a natural sense of ownership over your work and results
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build rapport and adapt your style
- Good time-management and organizational skills, and comfort working autonomously in a fast-moving environment
- Fluency in Dutch and English
