About the role
- Ensure compliance with CMS Medicare Marketing Rules.
- Investigate and resolve compliance problems, questions, or complaints received internally, from customers, or carriers.
- Conduct internal audits and monitoring to ensure compliance with rules and regulations, policies and procedures, code of conduct, and training for MyPlanAdvocate.
- Generate, update, review and file marketing materials in HPMS.
- Initiate and remediate corrective action plans, as needed.
- Maintain and update an internal tracking system of compliance activities, such as complaints received or investigation outcomes.
- Conduct agent coaching and training.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or 3 + years of equivalent professional experience.
- Strong background in Medicare, health insurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Expertise in CMS Medicare Marketing Rules and Medicare brokerage.
- Proven ability to investigate, resolve, and audit compliance issues.
- Proficiency with HPMS, corrective action plans, and compliance tracking systems.
- Strong communication skills for agent training and coaching.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to keep all company-sensitive data secure.
- Required to have a dedicated work area separated from other living areas and provide information privately without disruption.
- Must live in a location that can receive a high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service.
