Build and Nurture Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with agencies, independent brokers, and other stakeholders by providing outstanding service and support to help them achieve PACE enrollment goals.
Manage the Broker Lifecycle: Oversee contracting, certification training, referrals coordination, and member retention for brokers certified with myPlace Health.
Grow the Broker Network: Identify and engage new agencies and brokers, expanding our channel and strengthening our reach in the community.
Educate and Train: Coordinate and deliver PACE broker education, including the myPlace Health Broker Certification program for all new brokers.
Host Engaging Events: Lead broker events at our facilities and in the community to deepen partnerships and showcase myPlace Health.
Ensure Quality and Compliance: Resolve broker quality issues, ensure use of current marketing materials, manage supply requests, and maintain compliance with CMS, DHCS, and state/local regulations.
Support Referrals and Enrollments: Assist with broker referral requests, respond to prospect inquiries, and connect prospects seamlessly with the enrollment team.
Contribute to Growth: Provide reporting on new business opportunities, field issues, and market insights to inform strategy.

Requirements
A strong foundation: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) preferred.
Proven success in sales: 5+ years of experience in PACE, Medicare Advantage, Medi-Cal managed care, or healthcare providers—especially serving frail and vulnerable older adults.
