Account Executive

• Build and Nurture Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with agencies, independent brokers, and other stakeholders by providing outstanding service and support to help them achieve PACE enrollment goals.
• Manage the Broker Lifecycle: Oversee contracting, certification training, referrals coordination, and member retention for brokers certified with myPlace Health.
• Grow the Broker Network: Identify and engage new agencies and brokers, expanding our channel and strengthening our reach in the community.
• Educate and Train: Coordinate and deliver PACE broker education, including the myPlace Health Broker Certification program for all new brokers.
• Host Engaging Events: Lead broker events at our facilities and in the community to deepen partnerships and showcase myPlace Health.
• Ensure Quality and Compliance: Resolve broker quality issues, ensure use of current marketing materials, manage supply requests, and maintain compliance with CMS, DHCS, and state/local regulations.
• Support Referrals and Enrollments: Assist with broker referral requests, respond to prospect inquiries, and connect prospects seamlessly with the enrollment team.
• Contribute to Growth: Provide reporting on new business opportunities, field issues, and market insights to inform strategy.
• Champion Our Mission: Actively support SCAN’s vision and goals while advancing myPlace Health’s commitment to enabling older adults to live independent lives.
• Collaborate as a Team Player: Take on related projects and responsibilities to help the team succeed.
