• Build and optimize FP&A infrastructure: Develop and implement scalable financial planning and analysis tools, models, processes, and policies that empower leaders across all markets and functions.
• Own financial performance tracking: Lead a disciplined process for reporting and analyzing actuals versus budget, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial results.
• Drive strategic insights: Lead ad hoc finance projects that uncover key performance drivers within our business and care models, enabling data-informed decision-making at every level.
• Translate data into impact: Prepare clear and compelling financial reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate key insights and trends to senior stakeholders.
• Shape long-term growth: Partner closely with organizational leaders to develop sustainable financial strategies and multi-year business plans that align with company goals.
• Foster cross-functional alignment: Collaborate with departments across the enterprise to ensure financial strategies complement and strengthen overall business objectives.
• Strengthen financial governance: Help establish and maintain internal controls related to FP&A to promote accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Champion innovation and curiosity: Embrace new technologies—including AI—to enhance analytical capabilities and transform how we operate and serve our members.
