Build and optimize FP&A infrastructure: Develop and implement scalable financial planning and analysis tools, models, processes, and policies that empower leaders across all markets and functions.
Own financial performance tracking: Lead a disciplined process for reporting and analyzing actuals versus budget, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial results.
Drive strategic insights: Lead ad hoc finance projects that uncover key performance drivers within our business and care models, enabling data-informed decision-making at every level.
Translate data into impact: Prepare clear and compelling financial reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate key insights and trends to senior stakeholders.
Shape long-term growth: Partner closely with organizational leaders to develop sustainable financial strategies and multi-year business plans that align with company goals.

Requirements
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 3–5 years of related experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership capacity.
Financial Expertise: Background in finance, accounting, or corporate finance within venture-backed startups, private equity, investment banking, or other high-growth environments.
Healthcare Acumen: Understanding of health plan and provider financial flows and regulatory frameworks, especially within Medicare Advantage and Medicaid managed care.
Analytical Strength: Proven ability to perform both qualitative and quantitative analysis to address complex business challenges.
Modeling Mastery: Skilled in developing, auditing, and adapting financial models in Excel with accuracy and confidence.
Independent Leadership: Self-starter who can tackle complex issues with minimal direction while knowing when to escalate for alignment or support.
Builder’s Mindset: Prior experience creating or scaling an FP&A function in a dynamic healthcare organization is highly preferred.
