Change Manager – 12 Month Contract

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead meaningful enterprise change that helps teams adopt new ways of working

- Partner closely with leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to shape change strategy
- Drive readiness and ensure initiatives land successfully across people, process, and systems
- Develop and deliver change management strategies, plans, and processes aligned to project and organisational goals
- Partner with leaders and key stakeholders to define change objectives, map impacted audiences, and assess impacts across people, process, and systems
- Build strong stakeholder engagement approaches, keeping stakeholders informed, supported, and clear on their role throughout the change journey
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of change initiatives, ensuring delivery is on time, in scope, and supported by practical change methodologies and tools
- Lead training, workshops, and communication activity that drives readiness, adoption, and sustained behavioural change
- Identify resistance, monitor change risks and issues, measure success through KPIs and feedback, and continuously improve the change approach
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years’ experience in change management, project management, or a related field, with a strong track record of leading successful change initiatives
- Experience delivering organisational transformation or large-scale change programs in complex environments
- Demonstrated success leading end-to-end change across enterprise-wide transformation programs aligned to strategic business goals and executive sponsorship
- Proven capability to deliver change roadmaps across technology, process, and people streams, with influence at all levels of the organisation
- Strong stakeholder engagement expertise, with the ability to build commitment, reduce resistance, and support smooth transitions
- Experience developing compelling multi-channel communications and building change capability through storytelling, learning, and champion networks
