What you’ll need

You've led sophisticated product roadmaps that balance short-term wins with long-term strategic goals
A proven track record of turning ambiguous challenges into elegant, valuable customer solutions
Product development experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or payments, has given a deep understanding of what small and medium businesses need to thrive
You're a master of managing collaborators, able to lead through influence and bring diverse teams together around a shared vision
Strong commercial acumen to assess market opportunities, build arguments, and track product performance through important measures
You excel at customer research, problem framing, experimentation, and idea validation – transforming insights into impactful solutions
An active contributor who can navigate agile delivery environments and guide end-to-end product development
Communication skills are outstanding, allowing for presenting strategy, roadmaps, and tough trade-offs with confidence and clarity
You're not afraid to make tough decisions, backed by data, research, and seasoned product judgment
