Requirements
What you’ll need- You've led sophisticated product roadmaps that balance short-term wins with long-term strategic goals
- A proven track record of turning ambiguous challenges into elegant, valuable customer solutions
- Product development experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or payments
- You're a master of managing collaborators, able to lead through influence and bring diverse teams together around a shared vision
- Strong commercial acumen to assess market opportunities, build arguments, and track product performance through important measures
- You excel at customer research, problem framing, experimentation, and idea validation – transforming insights into impactful solutions
- An active contributor who can navigate agile delivery environments and guide end-to-end product development
- Communication skills are outstanding
