About the role

  • Own daily BAU support for Salesforce issues and requests from Sales and Customer Service
  • Configure and enhance Salesforce so it stays secure, scalable, and aligned to business needs
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards for daily, weekly, and monthly performance
  • Manage onboarding admin – user setup, profiles, permissions and access
  • Contribute to Flows, Apex, LWC and integrations that streamline Sales and Service processes (with guidance)
  • Maintain data quality and governance (sharing rules, role hierarchies, permission sets)
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and other systems, and help spot optimisation opportunities

Requirements

  • Experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer in a commercial or multi-team environment
  • Strong configuration skills: objects/fields, flows, validation rules, sharing, reports & dashboards
  • Some exposure to Apex and/or LWC – from work, side projects or self-learning
  • Comfort working with Sales and/or Customer Service stakeholders
  • Understanding of data model, security model and basic integration concepts (APIs, connected apps)
  • Bonus: familiarity with Git/CI/CD and interest in AI tooling and automation
