About the role

  • Help shape the future of MYOB’s products and services by designing impactful user experiences
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver high-quality products
  • Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Advocate for users and ensure user-centered design practices are upheld

Requirements

  • Experience in design thinking and methodologies
  • Strong ability in collaboration and cross-functional work
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding of user research and testing methodologies
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • A portfolio demonstrating your design process and outcomes is required
