- Help shape the platform foundations that power MYOB’s future innovation
- Enable secure, seamless access across our products, making it easier for customers to get on with what matters
- Work across complex problems, bringing strong technical judgment and a collaborative mindset
- Guide architectural decisions, uplift engineering practices, and champion fast‑feedback loops that help us learn, iterate, and deliver customer value sooner
- Partner closely with product, engineering, and architecture teams, and lead by example through coaching, mentoring, and living our MYOB Values every day
Requirements
- Solid full stack development experience, c#, .net preferred
- Deep experience designing secure, scalable, and reliable systems
- Strong influence in architecture, engineering practices, and cross‑team technical decisions
- Ability to break down problems, collaborate on scope and priorities, and drive end‑to‑end solutions
- Clear communication across technical and non‑technical audiences
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and lifting capability within a development team
