About the role

You’ll play a key role in building high‑quality software across multiple languages, delivering solutions that balance customer needs with delivery constraints.
With a strong focus on security, performance, maintainability and extensibility, you’ll lead and document technical decisions at a team level while contributing to broader domain discussions alongside architects and principal engineers.
You’ll champion technical excellence by driving down technical debt, improving test coverage and code quality, and promoting a security‑first mindset.

An ability to deliver well-designed, high quality and robust solutions.
Strong programming skills (our platform currently uses C#, React, Node).
Solid understanding of programming fundamentals and concepts.
Experience in at least one public cloud offering (we use Azure and AWS).
Experience using modern CI/CD tooling suite with knowledge of the best practices.
Open to learning other languages and frameworks that support our technical direction.
Pragmatism to balance short term delivery focus with longer-term objectives.
A growth mindset with a dedication to continuously improve team processes, practices and performance.
Mentor and coach other team members, helping them develop their technical skills and grow professionally.
