About the role
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy for the Value-Add team within the Business Financial Products segment
- Operate at a strategic and hands-on level while leading product development
- Work collaboratively across our organisation to distribute business financial products through the employer network
- Bring new ideas to life and ensure that every aspect of the product journey, from concept through to delivery, reflects the high standards that Flare & MYOB are known for
Requirements
- A strategic yet hands-on leader who excels in inspiring and managing product teams
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to engage with technical problems
- Skilled in data-driven decision-making, with a focus on using analytics to inform product success
- Highly organised, adept at managing competing priorities with a structured, methodical approach
- Strong communicator capable of articulating product visions and fostering strong stakeholder relationships
