About the role

Join us at MYOB as a Senior Product Content Designer and become part of a team that is crafting the future of business management software!
You will lead content design and operations for MYOB products, ensuring that our design and development come from a content-first perspective.
As a customer ambassador and language expert, you'll build high-quality, seamless, and effective content across all our products.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop content strategies, write user-centered copy, and design user experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and accessible.
Your work will connect users with the right information at the right time, improving their overall experience.

Proven ability to lead content strategy and implementation.
Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Proven ability to scale content design through the use of technology.
Knowledge of Agile principles.
Experience with Figma, Miro, and other design systems.
Outstanding collaboration and teamwork skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Qualifications in professional writing, communications, journalism, content design, or similar fields.
