About the role
- Craft the words, tone, and flow that shape how customers talk to, and through our AI experiences.
- Design intuitive, trustworthy, and human conversations.
- Work on chat interfaces, in-product assistants, micro-prompts, and AI explanations.
- Run discovery and work closely with research and data specialists on measurement and the design of experiments based on customer behaviour.
- Collaborate with designers, researchers, and engineers to turn complex technology into clear, empathetic dialogue.
Requirements
- Proven experience in UX writing, content design, or conversational AI.
- Strong writing craft: clarity, brevity, empathy, inclusivity, and technical precision.
- Experience designing conversational or AI-driven experiences (chatbots, assistants, or adaptive interfaces).
- Understanding of UX and interaction design principles.
- Familiarity with Figma, Miro, and prototyping tools (e.g. Voiceflow, Botmock, or similar).
- Exposure to prompt design, natural language generation, or LLM-powered products a plus.
- Collaborative mindset: thrives in cross-disciplinary environments (design, research, product, engineering).
