About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Connect with customers through different channels and assist with queries
Support documentation for the settlement process
Manage vehicle onboarding and lease activations
Assist with in-life lease management tasks, including keeping budgets on track and processing claims

Handle ad hoc administrative tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in salary packaging, novated leasing, finance, or a similar field
Strong track record in customer support or engagement roles
Skilled at juggling multiple tasks and handling high call volumes
Highly organised and able to meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work in a flexible, hybrid workplace
