About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsibility for the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to closing
- Proactive cold outreach (primarily via cold calling) and identification of relevant decision-makers
- Maintaining and tracking your pipeline in the CRM system (Salesforce)
- Conducting product demos — independently or together with the team
- Creating and adapting sales presentations
- Close collaboration with Customer Success and Marketing to share learnings and optimize processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with proven success in full-cycle sales
- Strong knowledge of outbound sales, cold calling and CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
- Excellent communication skills — you can excite, persuade and build trust
- Self-directed, numbers-oriented working style with a focus on results and efficiency
- Ability to run demos in a structured and inspiring way — including preparation and presentation
- Team-player mentality: you share knowledge, support colleagues and avoid internal competition
- Willingness to learn, resilience and a genuine interest in actively advancing our mission
